The name of the chemical is HCL (Hydrochloric Acid)
HCL (Hydrochloric Acid) is a solution of hydrogen chloride (HCl) gas. It is a strong acid, and is a major component in stomach acid. This compound is widely used in industry.

HCL has several other names, including hydrochloric acid, muriatic acid, hydrogen chloride or hydrogen chloride. In daily life this acid solution is often called the spelling Ha-se-el, which is spelled from the letter HCL.

HCL ManufacturingHCL is made from an electrolyzed NaCl salt solution. NaCl electrolysis produces a solution of NaOH (caustic soda), Cl2 gas (chlorine gas), and H2 gas (hydrogen gas). Cl2 and H2 gas are then combined to form HCL gas synthesis. HCL gas synthesis is an exothermic reaction which produces high heat. The formed HCL gas is then put into pure water, and dissolves as a hydrochloric acid solution.HCL can also be produced from the process of making sodium sulfate (Na2SO4) compounds. Sodium sulfate is made using salt (NaCl) and concentrated sulfuric acid solution (H2SO4). Salt crystals react with H2SO4 solution, producing Na2SO4 crystals and HCL gas. Then the HCL gas is distilled and entered into fresh water to become a solution of HCL.

Its nature is in the normal temperature gas phase, then the concentrated HCL solution always emits smoke in the form of HCL gas. The higher the concentration, the more smoke will emit when this solution opens in free air. Therefore commercial HCL solutions are only available in concentrations of 32% and a maximum of 36%.HCL is widely used in thousands of industrial applications. This solution is used as a precursor (raw material) for the manufacture of new chemical products. For example, for the manufacture of compound PAC (poly aluminum chloride), PVC (poly vinyl chloride), ferric chloride, and hundreds of other types of chemical compounds.HCL is also used for steel working and water demineralization processes. Hydrochloric acid is also widely used for mineral metallurgical processes.
